ORDER POLICIES

RETURNS / REFUNDS

All ready-to-wear and made-to-order styles are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Each piece is made to order at our atelier in New York City, a process that begins the moment your order is placed. This dedicated craftsmanship is what allows us to offer garments built to last well beyond the day they're worn. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We recommend reviewing sizing and fabric details closely, or reaching out to our team, before completing your purchase.

Quality Concerns Please inspect your piece upon arrival. If there is an issue with the fabric, lace, or construction, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@elizabethfillmorebridal.com with a description of the issue and a supporting photo, so our team can review.

Shipping

Each Elizabeth Fillmore gown is made to order at our Chelsea Atelier. Once your gown/piece is complete, it is packaged with the same care given to its construction, boxed flat with acid-free tissue and a garment bag suited to travel if needed.

Domestic Shipping Orders ship via UPS within 3-5 business days of completion. You will receive a tracking number by email once your gown leaves the atelier.

Ground shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders.

International Orders For orders shipping outside the United States, please reach out to us directly at info@elizabethfillmorebridal.com to arrange shipping and confirm costs. International duties and import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Swatches

To request a fabric swatch ahead of your order, email info@elizabethfillmorebridal.com with the style name and fabric you'd like to see. Swatches are sent by mail and allow one to two weeks for delivery.

Care

Elizabeth Fillmore gowns are made from fine fabrications, including silk charmeuse, Chantilly lace, and tailored silk, that deserve gentle handling.

  • Storage: Hang your gown on a padded hanger in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight.

  • Cleaning: We recommend professional dry cleaning only, by a cleaner experienced with bridal and eveningwear. Do not attempt to spot clean or launder at home. Our preference in the US is J.Scheer & Co.

  • Steaming/Pressing: Beading and lace only require light steam. Have your gown professionally steamed close to your wear date rather than ironed; heat should never touch lace or beading directly.

  • After the Wedding: For preservation, we recommend a specialist bridal preservation service within a few weeks of the wedding to prevent staining from setting. Our preference in the US is J.Scheer & Co.
