FAQ
Your guide to visiting the showroom, ordering your gown, and what to expect from the Elizabeth Fillmore Bridal experience.
Where are Elizabeth Fillmore gowns made?
Every Elizabeth Fillmore Bridal gown and piece is designed and handmade in our NYC atelier and showroom. From the first fitting to final adjustments, Elizabeth and her team are directly involved in each step of the process.
How far in advance should I order my gown?
We recommend ordering your gown at least 8 months prior to your wedding or event date. Because each piece is made-to-order to your specific measurements, this allows time for production and fittings.
If your timeline is shorter, we may be able to accommodate you—rush orders are available for an additional fee depending on our schedule.
How much do your gowns cost?
The Elizabeth Fillmore collection range between $3,000 to $8,000, depending on the style, fabric, and any custom design elements.
What sizes are available to try on?
Our showroom samples are available in sizes 2, 4, and 6, depending on the style. While these are standard sample sizes, we work with each bride to create a gown tailored precisely to her measurements.
How do appointments work?
Appointments at our NYC showroom are private and by appointment only.
Initial appointments require a $75 booking fee, which is applied as a credit toward your purchase.
Follow-up appointments are complimentary.
For a more personalized experience, we also offer the option to book a one-hour appointment directly with Elizabeth, which includes design consultations and customization discussions. (Separate fee applies.)
Can I return or exchange my gown?
Because every gown is made-to-order to your measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece, and our team works closely with you throughout the process to ensure your gown is exactly what you envision.
