Fittings at the EF Atelier

An intimate experience with Elizabeth Fillmore in the heart of New York City

Every Elizabeth Fillmore gown begins in our Chelsea atelier, where each piece is designed, draped, and finished by hand. Brides are invited to step into a space that blends craftsmanship with calm — a private showroom where artistry and personal attention define the experience.

The Process

1. Design & Measurement – Once your gown is confirmed, your custom pattern is created and fabrics are cut in-house.

2. Fittings – Two to three fittings are scheduled in our atelier, allowing adjustments and refinements directly with Elizabeth and her team.

3. Final Try-On – The moment your gown comes to life — perfected in detail and fit before it leaves the atelier.

Every gown is proudly made in New York City, in the same place where you’ll try it on. We love welcoming our brides into the space — helping them complete their look with a curated selection of veils, overpieces, and accessories, and styling every detail down to the perfect pair of shoes.
